Instructions for Use
- Preparation : Dilute one volume of MARTIL DTG pretreatment with an equal volume of demineralized water.
- Application with a DTG pre-treatment machine : For initial tests, spray 20-25g of solution onto a 30 x 40cm area of a t-shirt. Use an electronic scale to measure the amount of pre-treatment applied and adjust if necessary.
- Manual Application : Use a sprayer to apply the pretreatment evenly to the print area.
- Drying : After application, place the textile in a drying tunnel or use a heat press to ensure adequate drying and activate the pretreatment properties.
